In 2020, I will be completing my PhD’s degree in theoretical physics at Université Laval. My thesis introduces new methods to analyze resilience on graphs and help answering certain questions: When does an ecosystem will breakdown? How can we infer the cause of problems in an ecosystem by looking at the species populations? Note that the methods are not ecosystems specifics and can be applied to other graphs such as the brain and a social web.
